I have been very fortunate to study with Jesse Glover (Bruce Lee's (TM) first student) from the Seattle era. If it wasn't for another student of Jesse's (Chris Sutton) I may have not had the opportunity to have studied with him. I spent time training with Chris Sutton and he put me in touch with Jesse and the rest is history. I am forever thankful to Chris. Jesse has given me permission to teach his art. With this, I must say that I am very loyal to Jesse and his teachings. I still consider myself a student in his art. I have many seniors in this art which I would like to thank in advance, Sean Grant, Pierre Hartman, Tom Defelice, etc. What you will not see here, is false advertising on any part. I am a member of Jesse's NCGF and I know where I stand in the lineage. Through learning from Jesse, I have come to the realization that the way that Jesse teaches is to help the student create a mini-system for himself. No two practitioners of NCGF will perform the same way, although the basics are still the same. So hence, I do not do Jesse's NCGF, I do it my way. This is what Jesse wants for every one of his students is to find their own way in the art. Jesse has been a big influence in my life, a mentor, teacher and true friend. I am forever loyal to him, his art and my seniors. Thank you all in advance. I plan on having Jesse down in the Bay area for some seminars. If interested, please contact me. Thanks again and keep posted. |
